The Restaurant
Located just off the Champs-Élysées, in the heart of Paris's 8th arrondissement, Pierre Gagnaire invites guests into a universe designed by Marcelo Joulia. The restaurant, holding three Michelin stars since 1996, reflects a modern and subtly sophisticated character. Within the dining room, a masterful charcoal work by Adel Abdessemed, an "urban cave painting" depicting a bestiary, adorns the space. Gagnaire continues to refine France's culinary scene with his adventurous and wholehearted signature cuisine. The tasting menu is constantly reinvented, with dishes that are poetic and innovative. Gagnaire's approach pays homage to the classics while embracing contemporary techniques, delivering an experience that is both timeless and forward-thinking.
