The Restaurant
Flocons de Sel, chef Emmanuel Renaut's gastronomic haven in Megève, reflects his deep connection to the Haute Savoie region. Renaut's childhood love for the area and his title as Meilleur Ouvrier de France are evident in his innovative cuisine, which highlights Alpine ingredients. While rooted in regional flavors, Renaut playfully subverts expectations, incorporating unexpected elements such as langoustines marinated in citron and caviar with grapefruit. The restaurant currently holds three Michelin stars, a testament to its exceptional cuisine. Note that Flocons de Sel is temporarily closed for renovations, with a planned reopening in the second half of 2025.
