The Restaurant
Le Pré Catelan, a culinary jewel nestled in the Bois de Boulogne, embodies French gastronomic excellence. Housed in a Napoleon III pavilion, the restaurant boasts a rich history, initially serving as a royal hunting lodge before transforming into a lavish establishment during the Belle Époque. Since 1976, it has been a Parisian staple. Chef Frédéric Anton, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, has helmed the kitchen since 1997, earning the restaurant its second Michelin star in 1999 and its coveted third in 2007. Today, Le Pré Catelan proudly holds three Michelin stars. Anton's tasting menu showcases authentic pairings, emphasizing top-tier ingredients with precision. The setting, refurbished by Pierre-Yves Rochon, features designer furniture and a palette of green, white, and silver tones, creating an elegant and refined ambiance.
