Le Palais, located on the 17th floor of the Palais de Chine Hotel in Taipei, has been awarded three Michelin stars for seven consecutive years (2018-2024), making it a celebrated destination for Cantonese cuisine. The dining room features a traditional Chinese palace-style decor with modern artistic touches.
