The Restaurant
Chef's Table, soaring sixty-one stories above Bangkok in the Lebua at State Tower hotel, offers a modern French tasting menu experience with panoramic city views. The restaurant holds two Michelin stars, a testament to the culinary precision orchestrated by chef Vincent Thierry. Originally from the Loire Valley, chef Thierry and his team showcase inventive courses in an open kitchen, allowing diners to witness the artistry firsthand. The sleek, curved dining room features floor-to-ceiling windows, soft lighting, and a color palette of taupe, cream, and champagne bronze, creating an intimate and elegant ambiance. The kitchen itself is a masterpiece, featuring a Molteni stove wrapped in Carrara marble and a custom-designed ventilation hood crafted by a Thai artist to emulate a Buddhist monument.
