The Restaurant
BonAmb, situated in Xà bia, offers a unique dining experience within a beautifully restored country house. The setting, complemented by landscaped surroundings, enhances chef Alberto Ferruz's cuisine, which draws inspiration from the Mediterranean and Alicante's Marina Alta. Ferruz, who also helms Casa Pepa in Ondara, emphasizes magnificent seafood alongside produce from his gardens and herbs from the Montgó mountains. BonAmb holds two Michelin stars, a testament to its culinary excellence. The restaurant's tasting menu pays homage to the "Encesers"—ancient fishermen who risked their lives fishing along the cliffs at dusk. These menus are part of the restaurant's "Fustes" season, a reference to the wooden objects these men left as proof of their safety.
