The Restaurant
Somewhat tucked away in a courtyard near the cathedral, Coeur D'Artichaut presents itself as a "casual fine dining" experience in Münster. The stylish dining area, reminiscent of a theater stage, features an eye-catching open kitchen and a striking ceiling adorned with densely packed pendant lights. Here, chef Frédéric Morel draws inspiration from his Breton roots, incorporating influences from Northern Germany, adding a touch of modern creativity. Morel's sauces and stocks are particularly noteworthy, crafted with high-quality, seasonal, and regional ingredients. The restaurant currently holds two Michelin stars. Guests can savor the chef's artistry through a tasting menu of six or eight courses.
