The Restaurant
Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Dubai, located in the Atlantis The Royal hotel, offers a unique culinary journey through British gastronomy. Doors magically slide open as you approach this large, dark and atmospheric restaurant. The menu draws inspiration from historic cookbooks, reimagining dishes from centuries past with modern techniques and prime ingredients. The restaurant currently holds one Michelin star. Iconic starters include the much-photographed Meat Fruit, a playful mandarin containing chicken liver parfait, and Rice & Flesh. A focal point of the dining room is the pineapple rotisserie, based on a 16th-century design, used to prepare the signature Tipsy Cake. With chef de cuisine Chris Malone at the helm, Dinner provides a sophisticated yet inviting experience, perfect for celebratory dinners.
