Trivet is a two-Michelin-star restaurant located in central London, UK. Head chef and owner Jonny Lake (formerly executive head chef at The Fat Duck group) opened the restaurant in 2019 with renowned sommelier Isa Bal. Lake has opted for an approachable take on fine dining and offers a simple a la carte menu. He uses the highest-quality ingredients chosen for both seasonality and locality. The menu is not so much seasonal as it is adaptable with ingredients swapped in and out of dishes according to the quality that is available on the day. Great emphasis has also been placed on the wine with over 450 labels to choose from. Curated by Lake's business partner, Bal, the wine list champions the lesser-appreciated wine-producing countries such as Georgia, Turkey and Greece.
