SEPTIÈME ÉTAGE
Former New York fashion journalist Katharina Sand opened Septième Étage in July 2000 and has maintained one of the most personalized fashion shopping experiences and designer selections ever since at this Geneva boutique.
Specializing in an exclusive mix of cutting edge and wearable designers from NY and LA, the boutique aims at making you look good and feel good. There’s no attitude here, just gorgeous clothes. The range of styles include the hottest new jeans to the most dramatic ball gowns (at their second location across the street, ‘Au-Dela du Septième Étage’), with the right accessories and a little men’s section to match. The store has a strict privacy policy and never divulges the names of the VIPs who shop with them. The Septième Étage shops have been known to patron innovative visual store displays. One of such collaboration is with Cut Paper artists Mia Pearlman in 2008 who engineered cutting-edge paper art installations for venues around the world. It was later followed by the paper lamp displays of artists Alex Graef and Natasha Madeiski entirely made of Fedrigoni paper.
