The Lanesborough Club & Spa
Launched in March 2017 at the prestigious Lanesborough hotel, this members’ health club and spa is now one of London’s most talked about wellness spaces. Internationally recognized experts in fitness, beauty and wellness have been taken on to give guests a complete wellbeing experience, while spa therapies are based on the beauty products of ila and La Prairie, along with the expertise of Anastasia Achilleos. The club and spa also has its own restaurant, which offers healthy cuisine by Michelin-starred chefs Eric Frechon and Florian Favario.
The Bulgari Spa
With interiors of onyx, oak and Vicenza stone created by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners, this award-winning spa spans more than 21,500 sq ft of the Corinthia London and is considered one of the capital’s most exclusive spas. Spread across two levels, the spa comprises a swimming pool lined with green and gold mosaic, and a vitality pool with gold leaf tiles, along with 11 private treatment rooms and one double spa suite complete with its own steam room, Jacuzzi and private treatment room. Personal training is then offered in the spa’s fitness area. Spanning four floors, ESPA Life at Corinthia encompasses 17 treatment rooms, a private spa suite, a nail studio and a Thermal Floor with a swimming pool, vitality pool, amphitheater sauna, ice fountain, marble heated loungers and private sleep pods. As the first Aman Spa outside of the Aman Resorts, this relaxation and wellness space at the Connaught is particularly special. Designed with tranquillity in mind, the spa incorporates a swimming pool and steam room, relaxation area, fitness centre and treatment rooms, which all reflect the distinct Aman style. The holistic massages, body treatments and healing therapies here reflect the traditions of China, Thailand, India and the Americas, with beauty treatments such as facials, manicures and pedicures and specialist complementary therapies including reflexology, acupuncture and osteopathy.
The Spa at Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square
Following the 2017 opening of Four Seasons Hotel at Ten Trinity Square, the five-star hotel revealed its luxurious spa sanctuary, which is distinguished by its grand architecture and contemporary interior design that reflects the building’s Roman roots through its use of color and materials. The 18,083 sq ft space comprises eight spacious treatment rooms including a Hammam Suite for steam treatments, along with a swimming pool, vitality pool, steam room and sauna.
