As operator of the next generation in luxury hotels, Trump Hotel Collection is sensitive to where the world is today, explained Jim Petrus, chief operating officer of Trump Hotels Management LLC. “We’ve added special prix fixe menus at each of our top restaurants to meet the needs of our guests by offering affordable, epicurean alternatives without compromising their high standards.”

At Trump International Hotel & Tower New York “New York’s only Mobil Five-Star hotel with a Mobil Five-Star restaurant” Jean Georges, the eponymous restaurant of world-renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, is offering a two-course lunch for $28, while the adjoining, more casual Nougatine is offering three courses for $24.08. Enjoy an extensive seasonal menu including favorites like warm green asparagus salad, goat cheese gnocchi with caramelized baby artichoke and parsley, tuna ribbons with avocado and spicy radish in ginger marmalade, and red snapper crusted with nuts and seeds in sweet and sour jus.

With sweeping views of the historic Wrigley Clock Tower, Lake Michigan and the Chicago River , Sixteen at Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago is offering a three-course lunch from Executive Chef Frank Brunacci for $32. True to Chef Brunacci’s culinary style, the menu is based on the availability of local ingredients and changes frequently. Sample dishes include spring pea risotto with parmigiano-reggiano and micro basil; roasted chicken with soft polenta, English peas, pearl onions and chicken jus; and crunchy hazelnut cake with bittersweet chocolate mousse and banana ice cream. Sixteen was recently named one of the city’s best restaurants for lunch by Crain’s Chicago Business.

Located just inside the grand lobby of shimmering Trump International Hotel Las Vegas, elegant DJT is offering a three-course dinner menu at $29. Diners will delight in Executive Chef Jay Watson’s newly crafted menu of Modern American cuisine, including curried squash soup with apple slaw; heirloom tomato with fresh mozzarella and basil; and petit filet mignon with mashed potatoes, sauteed baby vegetables and king oyster mushrooms.
