Made in Germany' is a label that signifies durability, and the timepieces created by Glashütte Original are no exception. Unlike Swiss watchmakers, the wheel bridge that has been branded in Glashütte's watches since 1864 covers three-quarters of the movement's surface to ensure a more stable construction of movement. Its intricate screw balance mechanism that forms the oscillation system, swan-neck fine adjustment used to regulate the watch and famed stripe finish found on all Glashütte's watches, further exemplify the undying attention attributed to its craft, both internally and aesthetically. The recent PanMaticCalendar watch, crafted in platinum and of caliber 92-10, spotlights the brand's sophistication through its skeletonized movement and moonphase display. Equally impressive collections include the Senator, Spezialist and Vintage lines.
