Presenting its new generation Cosmograph Daytona this year, Rolex brings specific refinements to the watch, including a redesigned case, dial look and movement. The new self-winding, in-house-made chronograph caliber 4131 boasts technical innovations that include the brand's proprietary patented Chronergy escapement, which is resistant to magnetic fields and offers high efficiency. This version, crafted in 950 platinum with a high-tech monobloc Cerachrom chestnut brown ceramic bezel, features a transparent caseback that allows for viewing of the movement, including an 18-karat yellow gold oscillating weight. It is, like all Rolex watches, a certified Superlative Chronometer.
