Recalling a great era in aviation history, British brand Bremont pays tribute to the Spruce Goose plane built by American Howard Hughes. The plane was the largest aircraft in the world when it was built - using birchwood - in the 1940s. It enjoyed about one minute of flight in 1947. The Bremont H-4 Hercules chronometer commemorates the Spruce Goose and actually has a piece of birchwood from the fuselage on the rotor. The watch is powered by the Bremont automatic BWC/02 movement and o!ers 24-hour GMT time indication and date, as well as hours, minutes and small hacking seconds.

Time began for Bremont in 2002, and it has been steadily ticking as they continue to make gorgeous and sturdy timepieces. Starting with the quality pilot's watch that saw its initial rise to success, every watch that has followed is crafted and tested to withstand all of life's surprises. The British brand partners with some of the best engineering companies to continue bettering themselves, including Martin-Barker, Jaguar and Rolls-Royce Aerospace, constantly birthing robust new watches.Risk and adventure rivets not only their production line, but also characterizes their collections. Featuring lines such as Altitude, Supermarine, Motorsport and Armed Forces, the timepieces in these collections both embody and encourage boundary pushing. The functionality and finesse that flying demands is encapsulated within the Pilot Chronographs whose triumphant technicality and versatile design allows for watches to be worn with personal pride and flair. Sleek monochrome design and water resistance found in the Supermarine watches make it suitable for all weather conditions.
