Created in a numbered edition, Omega's new De Ville Co-Axial Tourbillon Master Chronometer represents the brand's first Master Chronometer-certified manual wind antimagnetic tourbillon. The tourbillon escapement (that compensates for errors in timekeeping due to the e!ects of gravity on the watch when it's in certain positions on the wrist) is centrally located on the dial, unlike most watches that feature apertures at 6:00 or 12:00. Powered by the Caliber 2640, the watch boasts Master Chronometer certification - testing created in-house by Omega about five years ago. The 43mm watch features a sapphire crystal caseback for viewing the movement.

Omega created timepieces that are so precise that it has been the official timekeeper for the Olympics since 1932. Yet despite being the sportsman's most reliable watch, the brand continues to innovate and elevate its craft. One of the brand's most iconic innovations is the Master Chronometer. Twice as precise as any other certified chronometer, water resistant and anti-magnetic, watches employing this mechanism are dependable and durable irrespective of surrounding conditions.Utilizing this mechanism, the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Ultra Deep that debuted in 2022, is the world's first dive watch that has water resistance up to an amazing 6,000 meters. The Prestige, Chrono Chime and Co-Axial Master watches similarly uphold the brand's steadfast reputation while retaining aesthetic charm. The Material Difference motto, also followed by the brand, incorporates the industry's most essential materials but uplifts to ensure longevity and beauty in all its designs. As well as metals and alloys, Omega employs unrivaled expertise in the use of ceramics, allowing its watches to be twice as light as those made from stainless steel, be chemically inert, hypoallergenic and scratch-resistant.
