One&Only returns to Greece, bringing a new ultra-luxurious resort and collection of residences to the Cyclaics and throwing open the doors to One&Only Kéa Island. The brand’s second resort in the Greek Islands is just a 45-minute speed boat away from the capital and ancient city of Athens – where One&Only Aesthesis, the brand’s Greek debut, opened in 2023.
It is the first ultra-luxury offering on the island of Kéa, where the 160-acre site of One&Only Kéa Island Resort and Private Homes sits amongst the island’s dramatic west coastline.

Tapping into and honoring Kéa’s rugged surroundings, the all-villa resort boasts 63 contemporary cliffside villas, each with its own private infinity pool overlooking panoramic sea views. There are also private residences on site, as well as One&Only Kéa Island’s two restaurants and four bars, the three-storied One&Only Spa and clubhouse.
“We are excited to reveal our second Greek haven and now, with two distinct properties, we offer a truly unrivaled journey across Greece through the lens of One&Only,” Philippe Zuber, chief executive officer at Kerzner International, the hotel operator behind One&Only.
“With a population of just 2,300 residents, this island is incredibly special to its people, and it was our privilege to work with the community to authentically reflect and protect Kéa’s unique spirit. This off-the-radar destination reveals a different side to the Cyclades, promising a grounding stay that leaves guests feeling relaxed and revitalized.”

Acclaimed architect John Heah worked on the resort’s 63 villas and collection of private homes, where each of the one or two-bedroom villas has been designed in homage to the island’s architectural traditions. Hand-cut local stones and Greek marble perfectly complement Cycladic classical elements such as white-washed walls, rounded archways and pergolas. The result leaves One&Only Kéa Island feeling like a charming Mediterranean village, surrounded by untouched landscapes and deep blue seas.
The first free-hold branded residences in Greece, a limited collection of Private Homes are also available to purchase. Found on the opposite side of Vroskopos Bay, the properties range from one-bedroom to six-bedroom villas with infinity-edge pools, spacious entertaining areas, native gardens and sweeping sea views.
There’s also One&Only Kéa Island’s myriad of dining options, where no matter the time or occasion, each is dedicated to showcasing the best local produce from the surrounding land and sea. Atria is the resort’s lively main restaurant, meanwhile, Bond Beach Club is set to become one of the most captivating clubs in the region. The resort is also set to host ‘Panigiri’ nights where inspired by summer Greek festivals, the open-air piazza will be transformed with traditional music, dancing and wood-roasted meats.

In addition, the huge One&Only Spa – which is in partnership with aromatherapy and natural skincare brand Subtle Energies – spans over three stories, where guests will find watsu therapy pools, cold plunge pools, steam rooms, saunas, jacuzzis, and an indoor-outdoor pool, offered with a treatment menu that is inspired by Greek mythology.
Club One houses an indoor-outdoor fitness center, a dedicated teens’ area, padel and tennis courts, while the KidsOnly Club is on hand to keep those younger travelers entertained.
