When Parisian restaurant group Yeeels chose Dubai as the latest destination for its Verde dining concept, it seemed like a fitting choice. The fine dining restaurant is set within Four Seasons Jumeirah Beach Hotel – a stunning oceanfront resort overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Burj Khalifa.

In a nod to the original Verde outpost in Paris, the menu also features a collection of classic French dishes including roasted snails served on freshly baked buns with garlic butter and parsley; grilled baby chicken; and sole meunière (fish dredged in flour and lightly pan fried in butter).
When it comes to cocktails, you’re spoilt for choice. Verde Dubai’s expert mixologists have crafted a wonderful selection of tipples with a touch of Parisian flair. You can’t go wrong with the French martini – a heady mix of vanilla-infused vodka, Chambord raspberry liqueur, pineapple juice and lemon.
The restaurant itself is seriously luxurious. This highly Instagrammable venue is decked out with boho benches, cozy armchairs, immaculate décor and breathtaking waterfall displays. The open kitchen adds a touch of theatre and allows you to watch the chefs preparing your meal at the pass.
It’s also well worth dropping by for a drink at the bar. Dotted with boho wicker chairs and lanterns, the shady outdoor terrace is the perfect place to while away the evening with a cocktail or two.
