The restaurant's modern space features lofted ceilings, dark wood and earthy tones, creating an intimate atmosphere. Núñez, who trained at establishments such as Noma, applies international techniques to Mexico's indigenous ingredients. Sud 777 earned one Michelin star in 2024, when the guide debuted in Mexico. The tasting menu changes with the seasons, often incorporating produce from the restaurant's gardens. Instead of conventional Mexican fare, dishes are crafted with Mexican ingredients using French cooking methods.
