The Lambs Club, situated within The Chatwal Hotel, offers a modern take on American cuisine in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Designed by Stanford White, the building once housed the famed Lambs Club theater group. While the restaurant itself does not currently hold any Michelin stars, chef Jack Logue, who has worked at Michelin-starred restaurants Daniel, Betony and Clocktower, helms the kitchen. The dining room evokes a bygone era with its dark, moody and elegant ambiance, anchored by a limestone fireplace and scarlet-red booths. Partners Chris Miller and David Rabin join Logue in reinventing the space, honoring its history while focusing on the future of hospitality. The Lambs Club provides a pre-theater dining experience, with a menu of elevated American classics.
