The Restaurant
Yuta, situated within The Lodge at Blue Sky, presents refined mountain cuisine against a stunning alpine backdrop. The restaurant's name, inspired by the indigenous Ute Indians, loosely translates to "mountain top." Executive chef Galen Zamarra, a James Beard Award winner, draws upon his experience from Mas Farmhouse in New York City and training under Michelin-starred chefs in France. Zamarra crafts a tasting menu that reflects a deep reverence for the land, utilizing sustainably sourced seasonal ingredients. The cuisine bears witness to regional influences, including Native American tribes and the Spanish, Mexican, and Chinese populations that traveled through the area. While Yuta has not been awarded any Michelin stars, it offers a unique dining experience near Park City.
