The Restaurant

Manresa, formerly located in Los Gatos, was the showcase for the inventive cuisine of chef David Kinch. Inspired by European traditions, American ingenuity, and the bounty of California, Manresa earned three Michelin stars in 2016, which it maintained for seven consecutive years. The restaurant drew inspiration from Kinch's travels and experiences, blending French, Catalan, and Japanese influences into its vegetable-focused Californian cuisine. The tasting menu highlighted the restaurant's relationships with local farmers, ranchers, and fishermen.  Manresa closed at the end of 2022, but the space has been revived as Ritual at Manresa, hosting pop-ups from acclaimed chefs.
