The Restaurant

Ta Vie, meaning "your life" in French and "journey" in Japanese, offers a unique culinary experience on the second floor of the Pottinger Hotel in Hong Kong's Central district. Helmed by chef Hideaki Sato, the restaurant earned its third Michelin star in 2023 and continues to hold three stars as of February 2025.
