The Restaurant
Soigné, meaning "well-groomed" in French, presents contemporary cuisine in Seoul under the direction of chef Lee Jun. Drawing inspiration from global techniques, the restaurant remains rooted in Korean flavors and ingredients. The open kitchen offers guests a dynamic view of the cooking process, while the main dining room, private rooms, and bespoke Red Room cater to varied dining experiences. Soigné earned two Michelin stars in the 2023 and 2024 Michelin Guide South Korea. The menu, referred to as "Episodes," is refreshed regularly, each revolving around a distinct theme to create a poetic tasting menu with a sense of beginning, climax, and resolution. Thoughtfully curated wine pairings accompany each episode, ensuring a harmonious and memorable meal. Chef Lee trained at the Culinary Institute of America and honed his skills at Per Se before returning to Seoul.
