The Restaurant
Located within the MVSA Hotel, Molino de Urdániz brings a poetic culinary journey from the Pyrenees to Taipei. The restaurant currently holds two Michelin stars, awarded in both 2023 and 2024, a testament to its consistent excellence. Spanish-themed paintings adorn the dining area, complemented by a stunning glazed wine cellar. Chef David Yárnoz weaves Taiwanese and Japanese produce into edible works of art, embodying Spanish traditions, Asian influences, and natural beauty. The tasting menu showcases a seafood-heavy selection, with clever use of colors and seasonal ingredients creating a delightful experience. The original Molino de Urdániz in Spain also holds two Michelin stars, making the Taipei location its only overseas branch.
