The Restaurant
Miramar, situated in Llançà along the Costa Brava, offers an exceptional culinary experience crafted by chef Paco Pérez. Overlooking the beach and marina, this restaurant has evolved from a humble family inn to a renowned fine-dining destination. Pérez, who holds five Michelin stars across his restaurants, alongside his wife Montse Serra, presents 21st-century Mediterranean cuisine inspired by the surrounding landscape of Catalonia. Miramar currently holds two Michelin stars. The restaurant features innovative dishes showcasing Pérez's signature "sea and mountains" concept.
