The Restaurant
Blue Hill at Stone Barns, located in Tarrytown, offers a unique dining experience deeply rooted in its surroundings. Chef Dan Barber's passion is at the core of this culinary destination, where the meal is a true reflection of his vision to improve our foodways. The restaurant uniquely knits together the grit of utilizing the land to provide sustenance and luxurious touches like fine linens. The experience begins with a procession of dramatically presented, farm-fresh seasonal produce. While the focus is plant-based, heartier compositions may reveal roasted, retired dairy cow plated with root-to-leaf celeriac. The restaurant currently holds two Michelin stars. Note that Blue Hill at Stone Barns is temporarily closed due to a fire in January 2025, but is expected to reopen after renovations.
