The Restaurant
The Ritz Restaurant is a study in opulence, offering a truly remarkable dining experience within London's iconic Ritz Hotel. The dining room itself is breathtaking, adorned with Louis XVI décor, sparkling chandeliers, towering marble columns, and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Green Park. Executive chef John Williams MBE, who waited fifty years for this achievement, leads a brigade of talented chefs in creating magnificent seasonal menus that showcase the best of British ingredients, using classic French techniques. The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star in 2017, and in February 2025, it received its second Michelin star. The cooking displays balance, refinement, and depth of flavor. The impeccable service team keeps the theatre of the gueridon trolley alive.
