The Krayon Anywhere watch is a hyper-complication that lets the wearer view the length of the day in a specified location. Powered by a new 432-part hand-wound mechanical movement (Caliber C030), the watch offers hours and minutes, as well as a 24-hour display, month display and a simple calendar date display at 6:00. Most important, it displays the length of the day, and offers the sunrise and sunset times at the owner's exact location. The peripheral rings on the dial separate the day into two sections (day/sky blue and night/dark blue), and as it evolves, the length and color of the rings change to reflect the passing of each of the 24 hours. The constantly moving display is linked to latitude and uses a mechanical positioning system set to the owner's location when purchased. The owner can have the brand's watchmakers adjust the sunrise/sunset times as often as desired so the time is accurate anywhere in the world.

In Rémi Maillat's hands, abstraction became an instrument, as the founder of Krayon built his brand to be unbound by convention or restrained by capability. This ethos is encased in Krayon's Anywhere models that synthesize time to a singular measurement, while the collapsing lattice dome pattern on the watch-face and daylight dawn times displayed on the dial stage intricacy externally.Using ingenious complications that calculate sunrise and sunset times, the timepieces of this line amalgamate 595 components to create a timepiece that is brilliant yet accessible. This collection inspires you to look skyward, to contemplate the movement of the sun and hence the unceasing passing of time that so often goes unnoticed.
