A refreshingly boutique resort, Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi has just 22 rooms and suites. These can be booked individually but for family gatherings, events and parties, make use of the hotel buy-out option to create a fully private retreat, complete with dedicated 24-hour butler service.
At the signature Anantara Spa, guests can indulge in a series of therapies that fuse Eastern and Western wellness traditions and techniques. A plunge pool, a Himalayan salt sauna, a Moroccan hammam and a spa bath, as well as complete the state-of-the-art facilities.

Top-of-the-range dining outlets are another key feature at Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi and the resort has two signature restaurants. Oia Oasis serves Arabic cuisine in a refined ocean-facing terrace setting, and off-menu ordering is encouraged. Alternatively, Thalassa offers Mediterranean-inspired dishes such as fresh fish and colorful vegetable courses.
Alternatively, the Dining by Design program allows guests to enjoy fine cuisine at a number of locations across the hotel – from poolside lunches to 24-hour in-room dining.
