World Whisky Day started in 2012, and now, the international holiday gives you reason to pour yourself a dram of your favorite expression or whip up a cocktail infused with the precious spirit. Coal Train

  • 1.25 oz Michter’s Rye
  • .75 oz Clement 10 Year Rhum Agricole
  • .5 oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Banana
  • .25 oz Amargo Vallet
  • Lemon twist

Burns Night Whisky Cocktail

  • 40ml Chivas 12
  • 15ml rhubarb bitters
  • 15ml Cynar Amaro
  • Maraschino cherry to garnish

  • 2 oz Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey
  • .75 oz Contratto Bianco
  • 1 tsp Kalani Coconut Liqueur
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Lemon peel twist

Ming Julep

  • 7cl Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera Reserve infused with green shiso
  • 5cl homemade coconut flower syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • Green shiso leaf and coconut powder to farnish

Prohibition Old Fashioned

  • 2 oz Whistle Pig 10 Year Rye
  • 25 oz tawny port 20 year
  • 5 oz Vermont maple syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 dashes cherry bitters
