La Palme d’Or

Overlooking the Bay of Cannes and the Mediterranean Sea, La Palme d’Or is housed inside the Hotel Martinez on the French Riviera. The setting combines Art Deco decor with a sumptuous Cannes feel, offering views of La Croisette from the restaurant’s peak location.

Created in 1985 by Chef Christian Willer before being passed on to Chef Christian Sinicropi in 2008, the restaurant draws its influence from the region’s famous film festival and the arts. Sinicropi took classes at Les Beaux Arts in Vallauris and now designs the ceramics plates on which he serves his culinary creations.

The two-Michelin starred restaurant prepares dishes with local and seasonal produce, all centered around the concept of “Movements.” With this unique cooking method, all produce is prepared and cooked in three different ways, textures and flavors. The restaurant also offers an à la carte and Collections menu of exquisite French cuisine. An extensive wine lists adds to the elevated experience of dining at La Palme d’Or.
