L'Oasis_Cuisine: Creative French

The three Raimbault brothers run this two Michelin star restaurant on the Côte d’Azur, which dates back to 1954.

With Provencal and Asian influences, Grands Chefs Stéphane and Antoine’s contemporary menu is put together using fresh ingredients from the Forville market in Cannes. Pastry chef François is responsible for the impressive ‘caravane of desserts’.

Housed in a neo-gothic villa surrounded by palm trees and exotic plants, the fine venue also houses a bistro, an old-fashioned patisserie and a cooking school.
