nahmCuisine: Traditional Thai

Located within Bangkok’s Metropolitan Hotel, nahm is the brainchild of Australian chef David Thompson.

One of the world’s foremost experts in Thai cuisine, Thompson achieved previous success with the London branch of nahm – the first ever Thai restaurant to receive a Michelin star back in 2001.

The Bangkok branch features the delicate balance of Thai flavors for which the chef is famed, using lesser-known traditional ingredients that hark back to the country’s ancient culinary traditions. From curries and salads to soups and stir fries, every meal combines the differing tastes of hot, sour, sweet and salty to spectacular effect.
