Arriving at the Caye Chapel private island, guests will discover the new world of Four Seasons Resort Caye Chapel, a 104-key hotel in addition to the Caye Chapel Golf & Ocean Club, world-class culinary, holistic wellness and entertainment experiences.

While the hotel brings 104 expertly-designed guest rooms and suites – including a collection of 18 overwater bungalows, the first Four Seasons overwater bungalows in the Western Hemisphere – Four Seasons Resort & Private Residences Caye Chapel offers prime ownership opportunity for those looking to put down more permanent island roots. There’s a total of 24 beach and oceanfront residences planned for the resort, spread across the east and west of the island to suit future owners’ preference for unmatched island sunrises or sunsets.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom Four Seasons Private Residence 19 is one of the largest residences available on the island, sitting at 4,807 sq ft – which makes it one of the most expensive, too, with a price tag of $6.5m. The property’s design has been meticulously curated by Mauricio Gomez de Tudo and Taller G, with turn-key interiors crafted by Meyer Davis and Beatriz Peschard Arquitectura.
Every detail is designed to bring the outdoors in, emphasizing natural light and seamless transitions to the exterior.
