Mercedes-Benz has teamed up with one of Dubai’s biggest real estate developers, Binghatti Properties, to build a luxury skyscraper.
The 65-story tower is the inaugural project from the German automotive company’s new real estate brand: Mercedes-Benz Places. Situated in Downtown Dubai overlooking the iconic Burj Khalifa, the glitzy new property will tower over 1,100 feet above the city.
While details remain sparse for the time being, the press release reveals that Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz have been working on the groundbreaking project for more than a year.

The Dubai property will be centered around Mercedes-Benz’s ‘Sensual Purity’ design philosophy, incorporating smart home technologies and intelligent mobility solutions. In January, the luxury brands launched their branded real estate venture at a swanky launch event in Dubai attended by 20,000 people.
What can you expect from the new residences? There will be 150 apartments in total, spanning two- and three-bedroom suites; four- and five-bedroom penthouses; and duplex and triplex penthouses on floors 62 through 66. Interiors will be pared-back yet luxurious with floor-to-ceiling windows letting the views take center stage. Prices for the exclusive properties begin at a cool $8.8m for a two-bedroom residence, with delivery slated for the end of 2026.
Alongside the residences, the Mercedes-Benz skyscraper in Dubai will feature an array of lifestyle facilities including several restaurants, wellness zones, lounges and exhibition spaces. Future owners will also have access to a collection of innovative mobility solutions from EV charging points to automated valet parking.
“With Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, we are going beyond automotive to create outstanding brand moments,” said Britta Seeger, member of the board of management at Mercedes-Benz Group AG.
“With their many years of experience in real estate development, Binghatti is the ideal partner for us. Our aim with our first branded, real estate residential tower is to create new, desirable ground that inherits our brand’s DNA and give our customers a place to arrive, unwind, and come home to.”
Muhammed Binghatti, CEO of Binghatti added: “We are profoundly excited to be working alongside Mercedes-Benz – a truly iconic name – to develop the first Mercedes-Benz branded luxury residence in the world. Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai is not merely a real-estate development; it will also place community and mobility at its core, setting a new benchmark for intelligent living.”
It’s not the first time Binghatti has teamed up with a luxury brand on a real estate project; last year Jacob & Co joined forces with the Emirati developer to build yet another ultra-luxe skyscraper in Dubai’s bustling financial district.
