The Restaurant
In Osaka, Fujiya 1935 presents a refined culinary experience under the direction of chef Tetsuya Fujiwara, a fourth-generation chef who honed his skills with Western techniques. Taking over the family business in 2003, Fujiwara draws inspiration from childhood memories and Japan's landscapes, translating them into innovative contemporary cuisine. The restaurant currently holds two Michelin stars, a testament to its consistent excellence. Note that it previously held three stars. Fujiwara's culinary philosophy centers around seasonal ingredients, transforming each delicacy into a unique creation. Please note that Fujiya 1935 will be temporarily closed for renovations from March to early June.
