The Restaurant
Set in a picture-perfect location on the banks of the Thames in Bray, The Waterside Inn is a long-standing testament to culinary excellence. Luxury abounds, from the exquisite china to the indulgent ingredients, creating a truly memorable dining experience complemented by impeccable service. Opened in 1972 by Michel Roux, the restaurant has maintained three Michelin stars since 1985, a feat matched by few restaurants outside France. Alain Roux, chef patron, continues his father's legacy, crafting both innovative dishes and classic French cuisine. Fabrice Uhryn was recently appointed executive chef after serving as head chef for seventeen years. The Waterside Inn offers a tasting menu that showcases the kitchen's exceptional skill, be it in a sublime lobster jus or a textbook *quenelle de brochet à la Lyonnaise*.
