The Restaurant
Forum, officially established in 1977, has been a celebrated destination for Cantonese cuisine in Hong Kong for decades. Located in Causeway Bay, the restaurant was founded by the late chef Yeung Koon-yat, known as the "abalone king," whose innovative approach to the delicacy earned him international acclaim. Forum currently holds three Michelin stars, a testament to its consistent quality and culinary excellence. The restaurant's signature dish, Ah Yat braised abalone, continues to draw food enthusiasts from around the world. While abalone remains a focal point, executive chef Adam Wong also expands the restaurant's repertoire, with other highlights including crispy chicken and braised oxtail.
