The Restaurant
Located in Tokyo's Ginza district, a short walk from Shimbashi Station, Ginza Fukuju offers a refined kaiseki experience. Owner-chef Katsuhiro Onodera, a master of Japanese cuisine, is dedicated to the art of kaiseki, meticulously preparing dishes that reflect the changing seasons. Onodera is also committed to nurturing the next generation, serving as an instructor with the Japan Culinary Research Society. Ginza Fukuju has been awarded two Michelin stars. The chef skillfully sources seasonal, high-quality ingredients directly from their origins, enhancing the seasonality of each dish, thoughtfully crafting and artfully presenting them.
