Wolfgang Puck is once again partnering with Elliott Grover – executive chef at his London restaurant, Cut at 45 Park Lane – to conjure a menu fit for the stars, to be served at the 2024 Oscars’ Governors Ball.
Marking Puck’s 30th year cooking for the biggest night in Hollywood and the second the pair have collaborated, Grover’s contribution to this year’s menu once again celebrates the best of British.

The lineup includes a mini ‘fish and chips’ with lightly battered native lobster, triple-cooked fries and a dollop of tartare sauce; a prawn cocktail roll topped with beluga caviar; and finally, a classic Yorkshire pudding filled with Wagyu beef, horseradish sauce and watercress in a nod to the classic British roast dinner.
The bite-size dishes will be served canape-style to a star-studded guest list at the Governors Ball, following the official Oscars 2024 award ceremony where the likes of Barbie, Past Lives, Killers of the Flower Moon and more will be battling for the coveted Best Picture title.

In celebration of 45 Park Lane and Wolfgang Puck’s time-honored association with the Oscars, the wider hotel is also hosting a Hollywood-inspired exhibition by photographer to the stars, Andy Gotts.
Running from now through May 16, 2024, the aptly named ‘… And the winner is…’ exhibition showcases a selection of Gotts’ finest actor portraits from throughout the years, from Kate Winslet and Patrick Stewart to Matt Damon and Heath Ledger.

“I am incredibly honored to be bringing classic British dishes to the Oscars for a second year with Wolfgang, especially celebrating his 30th year cooking for the awards,” said Grover. “And to present the dishes here at 45 Park Lane from January alongside Andy’s incredible photography will be sure to bring a taste of LA to London.”
Grover’s Oscar’s 2024 menu will be exclusively available to order at BAR 45, on the mezzanine floor of 45 Park Lane, alongside a limited edition themed cocktail. Created by bar manager Enrico Perri, the And The Winner Is… recipe features red pepper-infused Campari, sweet vermouth and clementine liquor, topped with champagne.
