M/Y Ulyssia is set to redefine luxury living at sea and become the world’s most exclusive residential yacht community. This 1,050-ft yacht has been designed by Espen Øino and will be constructed by Meyer Werft. It will offer 132 lavish residences, exceptional amenities and immersive global experiences while making a positive impact through philanthropic initiatives. Ulyssia ‘s mission is to explore the far corners of the globe, all from the comfort of your home.
Residences on Ulyssia will range from 1,216 sq ft to 12,196 sq ft, with configurations from one to six bedrooms. Each home will feature reception rooms, open-plan kitchens, uninterrupted sea views and private terraces. Residents will also be able to personalize their spaces by choosing from eight world-class interior designers or even appointing their own design team. While public areas will be designed as extensions of the residents’ homes, with intimate, nature-connected spaces for gathering and relaxation.

The Ulyssia resident concierge team plans to take personalization to the next level by capturing detailed resident profiles to tailor experiences on individual preferences. This will allow the team to prepare exclusive itineraries in advance, ensuring each resident’s desires are met and exceeded. Additionally this personalized approach will guarantee that every resident feels at home, with every preference already accommodated.
Ulyssia‘s team is dedicated to building a vibrant and cohesive community through three main pillars: cultivating a community, crew excellence, and offering immersive experiences.
